We prepare pizza dough daily from scratch, along with (at rumba) the yogurt-enriched dough for naan, an airy Indian flatbread. The Italian ovens allow orders to be prepared fresh within minutes, from peppadew pepperoni or barbecued chicken pizzas to healthy Barcelona- or Caribbean-style flatbreads to cheese-filled and rosemary-rubbed naan, baked pastas and toasty desserts.
Pair a pizza of Jamon con Huevo (prosciutto & Spanish cheeses topped with a fried egg) or a charred-tomato flatbread with a satay platter at rumba in Nashville.
